My superpower is helping you find your solution - your “oh yeah!” moment.
I break down your problem, diagnose the issues and lead you to your creative solution. It’s fundraising therapy.
I coach clients in the following areas:
Excelling in your role: working 1:1 with fundraisers (from junior to director level) to hone skills and focus on best-return activity
Optimising your income: find untapped areas where you can raise more funds; using your organisation’s strengths to secure steady income
Strategy: a clear route to raise your income target
Training others: creating a ‘fundraising organisation’ - volunteers and staff get the skills and confidence to support your fundraising
Experience & client work
I have worked in organisations including the NSPCC, Jewish Care and Apps for Good.
At the NSPCC I worked on the FULL STOP Campaign, one of the biggest capital campaigns in the UK. This was followed by a promotion to Senior Partnership Manager, Principal Gifts: raising £250,000+ gifts and coaching the UK-wide team of major gift fundraisers to secure gifts at this level.
I have in-depth experience in major gifts, corporate partnerships, working with volunteer boards, securing grants, running events fundraising calendars and securing legacy gifts.
My participation campaigns include Kingston University’s National Fundraising Awards shortlisted legacy campaign: ‘When I’m gone, I hope my legacy will…’ that drove up confirmed legators tenfold.
I have raised in excess of £20m during my career, from £5k to £2m gifts.
